Two invention patent applications supporting this precision were accepted by the China National Intellectual Property Administration. LED display screens are precisely assembled from multiple light boards and boxes, and the flatness directly determines the display effect and seam appearance. In high-end application scenarios, any slight deviation will be magnified and presented. A good Mini LED flexible display screen has even stricter requirements for flatness: within the range of 500mm x 500mm for multiple batches and large quantities of products, the size deviation can be stably controlled within<100 microns; The splicing error between the boxes is less than 0.02%, ensuring consistency. After splicing the large screen, the seams are smooth and delicate, the transition is natural, and the appearance is consistent.
What supports this micrometer level quality is the independently developed technology applied on the production line - high-precision splicing device and control system, as well as splicing detection device and detection system. The former focuses on "accurate splicing" and achieves precise control over the splicing process; The latter focuses on "strict inspection" and conducts high-precision quantitative testing on the quality of splicing. The dual loop closed-loop ensures product accuracy, allowing every product that leaves the production line to stably meet micrometer level precision requirements.
These two technologies have been submitted as invention patent applications - "A High Precision Splicing Device, Control Method and System for LED Light Panels" and "A Splicing Detection Device, Detection Method and System for LED Light Panels", which have been accepted by the China National Intellectual Property Administration to build a technological moat for high-precision splicing and quality inspection.

This new production assembly line has significantly improved production efficiency while ensuring accuracy. Solved the pain points of traditional LED light board production and assembly processes being scattered, relying on manual handling and circulation, and the consistency of work pace and quality being greatly affected by human factors. The connection between each process is more compact, the operation is more standardized, and the process is more controllable, providing a systematic guarantee for the consistency and reliability of each product.
According to the production department, since the assembly line was put into operation, the production efficiency of a single production line has increased by about 40%, and the consistency of products and delivery guarantee capabilities have been synchronously enhanced, providing strong support for stable and timely delivery of customer orders.
