The challenge and highlight of this construction is how to upgrade the two corridor frames into two giant LED displays. Gtek chooses the vermilion red that is consistent with the gallery frame in product color, which is low-key and beautiful, unified with the overall style of Thousand Lantern Lake Park, achieving the perfect harmony between the screen and nature.
In order to meet the daily viewing and night entertainment needs of the park at the same time, Gtek has successfully created this fully automatic folding screen, which is integrated with the pavilion theme decoration when it is not used, and opens like a sail when it is used. When it is opened at night, it is silently operated, and when it is lit, it gives a shocking visual impact. The fully automatic turning system adopts Siemens PCL intelligent control system, which is networked to the central performance control system for unified control, with extremely high safety and reliability.
In order to ensure the beautiful water show stage performance, Gtek adopts the classic Bri-curtain series HL40-31.25TC, which saves 60% energy and is 65% lighter than the conventional cabinet-based display. With the transparency rate up to 57.5%, Bri-curtain performs significantly better than other similar products in terms of energy saving, lightness, transparency and beauty. Secondly, the high resolution, high refresh rate, and high gray level can perfectly interpret the video effect, and cooperate with the systems of sound, lighting, water scene effects, and control system to create a sense of experience where "people are swimming in the picture" In addition, the product adopts an all-aluminum alloy shell design, excellent self-heating emission performance, IP67, Grade-15 wind resistance, salt spray resistance, and the product has passed EMC testing, which can ensure high frequency water dance light show use.
The biggest challenge of this project is the construction period. From demand refinement, scheme design, product customization to project construction, the 800 square meter LED project needs to be completed in only 45 days. Gtek has one of the best design and construction team. Over the years, it has focused on providing customers with creative LED display solutions, completed more than 16 giant LED landmark screens over 1,000 square meters and two outstanding cases of over 8,000 square meters. In this project, Gtek designs a structure that can be installed and maintained front and rear, which greatly improved the installation efficiency and construction accuracy. It is worth mentioning that on the eve of the National Day, the 800-square-meter display screen was perfectly lit on schedule, the project won unanimous praise from our customer.
